I have a heat map showing the mean of each cell’s values. It would be more informative if I could instead see the basic statistics of each cell eg. mean, percentiles, etc. Would it be possible to construct a 3-D box whisker plot with holoviews? I’ve seen such a thing before.
Since nobody answered, here are 2 approaches you might try:
Have not head the chance to try, but you might be able to use hv.Path3D to draw
vertical line segments of various widths…
Another idea might be surfaces with alpha values set to some value less than 1,
or a combination of the two…
