I am using Holoviews Chord to plot relationships between different nodes. The problem, is that the relationships go from one subset of nodes, to another subset, so I’m trying to add a little separation between the four lower nodes of the same color with the rest, to make the diagram understandable faster, but I can’t get it.
This is a simple diagram of what I want to achieve, so you can understand the kind of separation I’m looking for (marked in red).
Is this possible?
