Yogesh Dhande has written are very nice step by step guide for deploying Bokeh apps on Google Cloud Run.
You can use the article for Panel. It will probably be enough to replace bokeh serve with panel serve.
You only pay by the usage, you get some free monthly usage and you get auto scaling. Seems interesting.
