How to investigate this message of dropping a patch

When updating my layout, I am getting this message:

*Dropping a patch because it contains a previously known reference (id=‘p9479’). Most of the time this is harmless and usually a result of updating a model on one side of a communications channel while it was being removed on the other end. *

Everything is working as expected, can someone please tell me how can I get rid of this message. Also how can I investigate further, like which object has id p9479 that it is referring to?

I don’t think you can easily get rid of this message. I’ve also asked how to get rid of this previously because its confusing to users and fills up my logs.
